Immediate opening: countertop fabricator (New York)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Tioga County, New York. The job is at a marble and granite workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps You should have: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
