Urgent requirement: dishwasher (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
