Coating plant operator wanted in Lee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Lee County, Arkansas. The job is on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
