Gas service engineer — Seward County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Seward County, Kansas. You will work in customers' homes and kitchens. Your main tasks: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints Requirements: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces 3+ years on the tools preferred.
