Back-of-house cleaner — Jersey County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Jersey County, Illinois. Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Part-time with flexible hours.
