Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Navarro County, Texas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $6,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
