We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Renfrewshire, Scotland. You will work at a beach resort. You will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
