The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
