Scullery hand wanted in Iron County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Iron County, Wisconsin. The job is in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
