Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Ola Oluwa, Osun State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Rotating shifts.
