Gas installation technician wanted in Kimball County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Kimball County, Nebraska. The job is at a busy gas installation company. The role involves: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections What we are looking for: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Six days a week, one day off.
