We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Montgomery County, Arkansas. The job is on an industrial construction site. You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances The role involves control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle.
