Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Vance County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Six days a week, one day off.
