Now hiring: HGV driver (Kano State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HGV driver in Gwale, Kano State. You will work at a container freight yard. You should have: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid digital tachograph card Day to day you will secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; present documents at weighbridges and check posts. ₦190,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
