Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass fitter in Bridgend county borough, Wales. You will be based in a mirror and glass showroom. You will secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; install toughened and laminated safety glass; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred Full-time, day shift.
