Requirements: • Willing to travel between sites • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Day-to-day duties: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant Performance bonus on top of base pay.
