You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
