We are recruiting: scullery hand (Mississippi)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Stone County, Mississippi. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
