Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Barron County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a busy paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
