Tile mason wanted in Kirklees

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile mason in Kirklees, England. You will work at a bathroom renovation job. You should have: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation You will spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer £16 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
