Event security steward • Lee County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring an event security steward in Lee County, Georgia. You will work at a construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door Ideal candidate: • Ex-servicemen preferred • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Height and weight as per security norms 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
