Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to read and match factory paint codes Day-to-day duties: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
