Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Pettis County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
