Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turner in Washington County, Iowa. The job is at a busy machine shop. On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
