Stainless steel welder wanted in Tai

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Tai, Rivers State. The job is on an industrial construction site. On the job you will handle: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Full-time, day shift.
