Flat roof installer — City of Winchester

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flat roof installer in City of Winchester, Virginia. You will be based at a busy roofing firm. You will solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Rotating shifts.
