Rebar installer wanted in Halifax County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar installer in Halifax County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) On the job you will handle: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
