Vacancy available: shuttering and concrete hand (Oyo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Olorunsogo, Oyo State. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. The role involves: • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour Ideal candidate: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Full-time with occasional weekends.
