Gas pipeline fitter — Rutherford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Rutherford County, Tennessee. You will work in customers' homes and kitchens. You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing You will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances.
