Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Shelby County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Shelby County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 3+ years on the tools preferred.
