Powder coating line operator wanted in Calhoun County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Calhoun County, Michigan. You will work at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
