Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Garum Mallam, Kano State. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Meals and transport allowance provided.
