Catering cook — Kolokuma/Opokuma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Kolokuma/Opokuma, Bayelsa State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Pay around ₦255,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
