Cnc lathe operator wanted in Bristol Bay Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Bristol Bay Borough, Alaska. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Day-to-day duties: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Write and edit G-code programs at the control Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
