Ladle pourer • Benton County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Benton County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale Requirements: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
