Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Potter County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
