The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
