Join our team: grill cook (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in City of Norton, Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off.
