Vacancy available: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Ness County, Kansas. The job is at an automobile body shop. The role involves set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
