Powder coater — Vanderburgh County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
