Urgent requirement: HSE officer (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HSE officer in Erie County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
