Kitchen steward wanted in Tuolumne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Tuolumne County, California. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
