GTAW welder wanted in Scioto County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Scioto County, Ohio. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard On a typical shift you will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
