Mason's helper wanted in South Gloucestershire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mason's helper in South Gloucestershire, England. You will be based on a commercial building project. Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day-to-day duties: • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer £2,150 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
