Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking.
