Immediate opening: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Carroll County, Arkansas. The job is at an open-cast mine. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes You will grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes.
