Join our team: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Douglas County, South Dakota. The role involves guide loads through tight openings into their final position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Overtime paid at a premium rate.
