Vacancy available: trowel-trade bricklayer (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Custer County, Idaho. The role involves: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
