Bar bender and fixer • Adams County, Wisconsin

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Adams County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Day to day you will lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift.
