Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Harford County, Maryland. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Six days a week, one day off.
